Super convenient, clean, reasonable price.

Good variety of options for continental breakfast. Pool looked good, although I didn't swim. Large room with king sized bed.

Some noise from nearby roads. Air conditioning was noisy, so would disturb someone if on at night.

Challenging. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the helpful staff. It wasn't terrible, just not what I expected.

The service was friendly and the pool was great. I appreciated the room with all the standard things. The breakfast with self served coffee, an ample amount of food was great for what you got. The location offered was marvellous and absolutely perfect close enough to rustic Sturbridge and the Call center.

Upon arrival, we noticed the lobby and breakfast area were under construction/renovation. The debris from the construction had migrated onto carpeting down the hallway and into the elevator. Although the food area was covered with plastic during construction and removed the following morning, the carpet and elevator hadn't been vacuumed. The towels in the bathroom seemed old and scratchy. I think a decent discount should have been offered during the construction process and before booking, a prospective customer should be made aware of conditions. We have stayed in many hotels including the Hampton Inn's and were disappointed in this one.

The hampton inn offered a super convenient location close to highways. The complimentary breakfast was great, with everything from eggs to waffles. I especially appreciated the pleasant check-in experience late at night. The fitness center and hot tub were nice perks .

Breakfast wasnt fresh and too unhealthy. Eggs weren't freshly made. Potatoes seemed stale. Coffee sub-par.

HP placard parking - too few spots. Parlor chair missing from room. Price I paid was not the best available. I should have looked at more online agents or possibly reserved thru Hilton Honors program instead of relying exclusively on one stop AAA.

The best part? We loved the banana bread flavored waffles!

Staff friendly courteous and helpful. Free breakfast is more than just dry continental. Rooms are modern and clean.

I don't much care for the pillows. Wish they had a bar restaurant and room service.
